Food Business Innovation Masterclass

FoodHQ and the Food Innovation Network were pleased to partner with AgriFood Week in Manawatu to facilitate a Masterclass in Food Business Innovation lead by Prof. of Agribusiness at Massey University, Hamish Gow.

Over 30 people from various parts of the food industry took part in the half-day workshop that combined business model insights with practical exercises to help participants apply the insights to their own businesses.

Rob Ward, Founder of the Grocery accelerator in the UK also ran a session as part of the masterclass on using your brand to differentiate your business in what is an incredibly crowded and noisy fast moving consumer good (FMCG) market.
